Thank you for shopping with 4Ever Twilight Treasures Mystery Boxes! Because our boxes are curated mystery items, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the mystery contents.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your box arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right — either by sending a replacement item or issuing store credit.
To report a damaged or defective item, please email us at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong box or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on mystery box contents. All sales are final once a box has been opened.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
